Sassy, Classy, and Full of Personality! Hands down, that’s our Vivian. She’s been enjoying life in a foster home, where she’s much more comfortable, as she found the shelter environment a bit stressful.
Vivian is a sassy little lady with a big personality and a “limited kitty minutes” approach to affection. She enjoys attention on her terms and will happily let you know when she’s had enough, so she’s best suited to an adult-only home with no other animals.
This energetic girl loves to play and can often be found doing the occasional zoomies around the house. She enjoys following her people from room to room and, when she’s in the mood, especially when she’s sleepy, will curl up for some lap time and reward you with a gentle purr and appreciation for chin scratches.
Vivian thrives with a family who understands and respects her boundaries while still giving her plenty of love and enrichment.
She is on a long-term Royal Canin Urinary SO diet and receives Restoralax and gabapentin through your vet to support her ongoing health.

About this column:
Each week we feature animals available for adoption from local shelters in the Halifax area with the hopes that our readers will assist in finding good homes for them. If you, or someone you know, has the resources to take care of one of these animals, please do get in touch with the appropriate shelter via the links provided.
